In case you need assistance, it will be necessary to follow our repair protocol, starting by
sending a detailed email to support@stamaudio.com
All the necessary information will be shared to determine the best solution according to
each specific case.
We have qualified technicians and engineers in several parts of the world, and all of our
gears come with a 30 days money back guarantee plus a year of warranty after received.
These are the warranty policies, and official technicians of Stam Audio:
Full warranty
*In the rare case something goes wrong during shipping or within the first 30 days of
owning the unit:
We will cover shipping costs to our nearest technician, replacement parts and labor costs.
To activate this clause it is mandatory to notify us within 72 hours of receiving the unit
Partial warranty
* In the rare case something goes wrong after first 30 days of owning the unit but within a timeframe of 1 year :
We will cover replacement parts and labor costs of our technicians. Shipping/taxes not included
Exception case.
* In case there’s no official technician near, and as long as the unit is under warranty we will
cover 100USD for repair. By mutual agreement that repairing the gear with a local
technician is the most effective solution.
