In case you need assistance, it will be necessary to follow our repair protocol, starting by
sending a detailed email to support@stamaudio.com or info@stamaudio.com
All the necessary information will be shared to determine the best solution according to
each specific case.
We have qualified engineers around the world. All of our
units come with a 30 day money back guarantee plus a 2 year of warranty.
Our warranty policies:
Full warranty
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong during shipping or within the first 30 days of
owning the unit we will cover shipping costs to the nearest technician, replacement parts and labor costs.
To activate this clause it is mandatory to notify us within 72 hours of receiving the unit.
Partial warranty
If something goes wrong after first 30 days of receiving your unit and within 2 years we will cover replacement parts and labor costs of our technicians. Shipping is not included.
Exception cases
If there’s no official technician in your country, and as long as the unit is under warranty we will
cover up to 150 USD for a repair. This has to be done by mutual agreement that repairing your unit with a local
technician is the most effective solution.
Second hand units
Unfortunately we are unable to offer warranty on second hand units but will assist with parts, troubleshooting and any help so that you get the lowest possible rate with one of our techs.
