Stam Audio will remain tariff free for the USA

At Stam Audio, we believe that our customers deserve not only the finest audio equipment in the world, but also a buying experience rooted in fairness and long-term value. In recent months, one of the challenges faced by our U.S.-based clientele has been the rising cost of import tariffs on international purchases.

As a company founded on passion for high-end, analog sound and a deep respect for the global pro audio community, we are proud to introduce an initiative that helps soften that burden: Stam Audio will now credit 100% of the import tariffs paid by U.S. customers toward their next purchase.

When U.S. customers import products from abroad, they are now required to pay a 10% customs duty fee. While we have no control over these government-imposed fees, we feel a responsibility to support our customers who continue to choose Stam Audio.

By offering 100% credit for the tariff amount towards a future order, we’re not only sharing the burden but covering the entire cost. It’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and reaffirming our commitment to long-term relationships over one-time sales.

Please note that the EU, UK and Canada do not pay import tariffs from Chile. Only VAT as there is free trade agreement in place. VAT can not be credited towards future orders.

For other countries where tariffs (import tax) might be present we will also credit 10% towards a future order.

How It Works

Pay Your Import Tariff

After receiving your Stam Audio product, you may be required to pay a tariff or customs duty, depending on the value and category of the item.

Submit Proof of Payment

Simply email us a copy of your customs declaration or proof of tariff payment to info@stamaudio.com. This helps us verify the amount you were charged on tariffs.

Receive your credit on your next order

We will issue store credit equal to 100% of your tariff payment, which can be applied to your next Stam Audio microphone or hardware order.

Credit does not expire and can be stacked up.

All orders imported from April 1st, 2025, will benefit from this.
